If you want effective voice lessons that will really give you results Chrissie is the vocal teacher to see! Not only is she personable, hilarious and awesome, she really knows what she's talking about! She has helped me in the past 6 months to really develop and improve my singing! I'm shocked... I honestly didn't know I'd see results this quick but Chrissie is the bomb! To put it quite simply, Chrissie is a phenomenal vocal instructor who really knows how to get to know her student's voice and hone in on the issues that are holding them back from being able to reach their highest potential.
To put it into context, I'm a full-time university student who currently works full-time, but even while I worked part-time, I found her lessons extremely affordable, especially compared to many other vocal instructors who can be very expensive.
On top of that, her lessons are high quality. I've been a student at this studio taking weekly half-hour lessons since January 2017 (so about 7 months so far) and I hold her in the highest regard. Even after the very first lesson, I saw immediate improvements in my voice. I'm a high tenor, and before I started taking lessons with Chrissie, it was very difficult for me to access the higher registers in my voice with ease, but now I feel like I can fly!
Progress has been slow since the first lesson, yet I can feel my voice steadily improving every week. They say that the hardest instrument to master is your own voice, but as a guide who knows her stuff, Chrissie knows which paths to take you to make your journey to becoming a great vocalist much easier. Songs that I previously could not even fathom to try to sing, I find that they are becoming much closer within my grasp. Before Chrissie, I spent a lot of time online trying to figure out how to use my voice, watching Youtube videos and lessons among many other things, but to no avail. However, with Chrissie I find myself understanding my own voice more and more after each lesson, and that's something I couldn't even do on my own before!.
She also lets you record the lessons so you can take them home and continue to work on them. As long as you consistently follow her guidance and exercises, there should be absolutely no reason for your voice not to improve!
As for Chrissie herself, she's an absolute angel. She's caring, lenient, and on top of that, she sure is a jokester! She makes each lesson fun and I find myself laughing every time I'm with her, and yet even so, the lessons themselves are still packed with high-quality instruction. Where else can you find someone like that?
So if you're looking for an affordable, high-quality vocal instructor, look no further! If you're struggling to reach your highest potential, Chrissie knows how to make sure you get there. If you do choose to take lessons with Chrissie, I urge you to be consistent and committed, because even though progress may not be immediate or obvious, I can guarantee you that in time, you will find yourself grinning uncontrollably when you can finally sing those songs that you couldn't before, like myself!
